1. General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the bbdkk website located at bbdkk.app and any associated mobile-optimised versions of the platform. They govern the relationship between bbdkk and every registered player, visitor, and user who accesses any part of the platform, whether or not they hold a registered account.
bbdkk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the bbdkk platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with the bbdkk Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and bbdkk. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence.
1.1 Governing Language
The authoritative version of these Terms is the English-language version published at bbdkk.app/terms-conditions. Any translation provided for convenience is non-binding. In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
1.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
To register an account and use the bbdkk platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
- You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or agent of bbdkk or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
- You do not have an existing bbdkk account that has been suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
- You have not been self-excluded from the bbdkk platform or any other gambling platform in a manner that would make your access to bbdkk a violation of that self-exclusion.
bbdkk reserves the right to request documentary evidence — including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, birth certificate, or driver's licence — to verify that a player meets the age and eligibility requirements set out above. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and, where applicable, the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
3. Account Registration & Security
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on the bbdkk platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bbdkk employs technical and manual detection methods to identify multi-account activity. If multi-accounting is detected, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances held therein may be forfeited.
3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and to keep that information up to date thereafter. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure, forfeiture of winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.
3.3 Account Credentials & Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your bbdkk account. You must not share your credentials with any third party for any reason. bbdkk will never contact you to request your password by any means. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bbdkk support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. bbdkk accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain appropriate account security.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
bbdkk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process consistent with responsible platform management. KYC verification will typically be required before processing a withdrawal above ৳5,000 or upon request by bbdkk at any time. Documents that may be requested include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. KYC submissions are processed within 48 hours during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Account functionality may be restricted during an ongoing KYC review.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
bbdkk accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bbdkk does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals from its side; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which bbdkk accepts no responsibility.
4.2 Deposit Limits
The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit set by default, although bbdkk reserves the right to apply account-level deposit limits at its discretion, particularly in the context of responsible gaming requests or security reviews. Players may also apply their own voluntary deposit limits through the responsible gaming section of their account dashboard.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business days depending on the receiving institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals above ৳5,000 require completed KYC verification. bbdkk reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that fall outside normal patterns for a given account, which may extend the standard processing timeline.
4.4 Disputed Transactions
Any dispute relating to a deposit or withdrawal transaction must be reported to bbdkk support within 30 calendar days of the transaction date. bbdkk will investigate all reported disputes in good faith and aim to provide a resolution within 5 business days. Disputes reported outside the 30-day window may not be investigated.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Bonus Eligibility
All promotional offers made available on the bbdkk platform are subject to individual promotion-specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer. General eligibility requirements for most promotions include: holding a verified bbdkk account, being aged 18 or above, and not being subject to any active account restriction. Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not receive notification of all available promotions but may still be eligible to claim them manually.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds and free-bet credits are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳500 bonus means ৳10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal is permitted). Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse & Fair Use
bbdkk actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, placing opposing bets to lock in guaranteed profits from bonus funds (bonus arbitrage), using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk or excluded game types, and any other activity that is inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, bbdkk reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and close the offending account.
5.4 Expiry of Bonus Funds
Bonus funds that are not subject to an active wagering requirement will expire after 30 calendar days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the bbdkk platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following activities are expressly prohibited and constitute a serious breach of these Terms:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your identity or eligibility in any way.
- Multi-Accounting: Opening, operating, or using more than one bbdkk account simultaneously or sequentially.
- Collusion: Conspiring with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or betting market on the platform.
- Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, AI-driven tools, or any other automated software to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not consistent with standard human use.
- Exploiting Technical Errors: Taking advantage of known software bugs, display errors, pricing errors, or platform malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Winnings generated through exploitation of a known error are void and will be reversed.
- Money Laundering: Using the bbdkk platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback, reversal, or dispute on a legitimate deposit that has already been used for betting activity. Doing so constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure.
- Harassment: Engaging in threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise harassing behaviour toward other players or bbdkk staff through any channel.
bbdkk reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate upon detection of prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of any balance, and referral of relevant information to law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Voluntary Closure
Players may request the permanent closure of their bbdkk account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Upon receiving a closure request, bbdkk will process any pending eligible withdrawals to the player's registered payment method before deactivating the account. Once a voluntary closure is confirmed, the account cannot be reopened; a new registration would be required, subject to the one-account rule and all standard eligibility checks.
7.2 Suspension or Closure by bbdkk
bbdkk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice, in the following circumstances (without limitation): breach of any provision of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; receipt of a self-exclusion request; or where bbdkk determines it is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.
7.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. bbdkk will attempt to notify the account holder via registered email prior to applying a dormancy fee. A dormancy administration fee of ৳100 per month may be applied to dormant accounts with a positive balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account holder logs back in, at which point the fee ceases. No dormancy fee will reduce an account balance below zero.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbdkk shall not be liable to any player for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with the player's use of the platform, including but not limited to: losses arising from bets or wagers placed on the platform; losses arising from any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any of its services; losses arising from any technical malfunction, server failure, or data corruption; or losses arising from a player's reliance on any information displayed on the platform.
bbdkk makes no representation or warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or vulnerabilities, or that the results of any game or bet will meet any particular standard or expectation. The platform and all its content are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
In all cases, bbdkk's aggregate liability to any individual player arising from any cause of action shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their bbdkk account in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the date on which the relevant cause of action arose.
